Guest section for Katz or not? Empty Guest section for Katz or not?

We are considering a Guest section for Katz but need to know who wants it. Also would need an experienced Mod to look after it.

I am putting this to vote as we have a few members now. Please give your reason for voting and why we should or shouldn't have one.
